Pastor J. Mark Cleveland has devoted his life to the local church and the global mission of the Gospel. Called to ministry as a young man, he has spent decades in pastoral leadership — preaching, teaching, and shepherding congregations while mentoring emerging leaders across the body of Christ.

Pastor Mark serves as President and Founder of Freedom Outreach Ministries International, Inc. Pastor Mark shepherds the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle Church located in Titusville, FL. A ministry committed to outreach, discipleship, and the strengthening of the body of Christ. His preaching is marked by a deep love for Scripture and a pastoral warmth that meets people where they are.

Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Mark has walked closely with pastors, planters, and ministry leaders — and with entrepreneurs and business owners seeking to build enterprises with kingdom purpose. That heart for equipping leaders is the foundation of the ministry’s global consulting work, which walks alongside everyone from church planters to first-time business founders, helping them launch and grow with clarity, health, and purpose.

Pastor Mark and his family make their home in Florida, where the ministry is incorporated and headquartered. He remains committed to a simple calling: to proclaim the freedom found in Jesus Christ and to serve every leader God brings across his path.
